The impactful mobile app allows TNB staff to report faults and lodge complaints on the go when they observe any fault in an equipment/asset. This app aims to make it as easy as possible for users to submit complaints. The app also allows the users to submit pictures by either directly capturing the picture or selecting one from their phone's gallery. This mobile app is optimized to be used on Android and iOS mobile phones, being a native app for each platform.
