Based in Silicon Valley, Global Systems Consulting, a managed hosting provider, wanted to enable their customers and sales people to design custom server hardware and network infrastructure without requiring assistance from a network/hardware specialist. They envisioned an interactive web based application that could "behave" like a specialist, make recommendations on network, security, and server hardware. GolfCatch Solutions, a start-up company, approached GoodCore with the idea of an electronic Tee Sheet for golf courses. It started off with a one page informal description of the features sent to us by our client. After analyzing the idea, doing several discussions via phone and email, GoodCore came up with a fixed time & cost estimate.

We emailed them a brief word document containing the outline of requirements we had in mind. GoodCore worked with us to learn about the industry and how the tee time reservation process works at golf clubs.
